Frequently asked questions

Before you send your request

Do you support ABS, ClassNK (NKK) and Bureau Veritas vessels?

We can review service enquiries for vessels classed with ABS, ClassNK (NKK) and BV. Actual scope, documentation and any survey acceptance must be confirmed against the vessel's requirements and the relevant class or authorized service provider.

Can you attend at anchorage or alongside?

Attendance depends on port, anchorage rules, launch/access arrangements, schedule and local permissions. Include the intended location and nominated agent details in your enquiry so feasibility can be checked.

What information should a ship agent provide?

Send vessel name and IMO, port and ETA/ETD, agent contact, requested equipment/service, maker/model, fault or survey deadline, and photos or relevant certificates. This helps reduce clarification delays.

Do you provide statutory or class certificates?

Documentation depends on the agreed service and provider authorization. Class or statutory certificates are issued only by the relevant authorized organization. Please identify the exact certificate or survey requirement when requesting a quotation.

How early should we arrange service?

As early as possible, ideally before the vessel arrives. Short-notice requests can be reviewed, but availability and access cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
